Steve is responsible for commercial property management services of Thalhimer. The Division manages over 17 million square feet of portfolio including office, retail, industrial, and facility management for corporate owner/occupants. The portfolio is valued in excess of one billion dollars. He has been with the firm since 1974 and has been involved in feasibility study analysis, appraisal, commercial sales and leasing, property management and receivership services.
