Lindsey C. Floyd joined Thalhimer to specialize in both Landlord and Tenant representation within the retail sector. Lindsey began her time at Thalhimer as an intern with the retail brokerage team while finishing her Bachelor?s degree in Real Estate and Land Development at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to her internship with Thalhimer, Lindsey was an intern with The Rebkee Company where she studied the aspects of retail development. Lindsey has facilitated with site selection, pre-development leasing, tenant leasing and land sales, along with providing Landlords enthusiastic and aggressive retail marketing.
