Lindsey C. Floyd joined Thalhimer in 2006 to specialize in both Landlord and Tenant representation within the retail sector. Lindsey began her time at Thalhimer while finishing her Bachelor?s degree in Real Estate and Land Development at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to her joining the Thalhimer team, Lindsey was with The Rebkee Company where she studied the aspects of retail development. Lindsey has facilitated with site selection, pre-development leasing, tenant leasing and land sales, along with providing Landlords enthusiastic and aggressive retail marketing.
