Bruce joined Thalhimer in 2006. He is focusing his efforts in corporate services. He currently assists with site selection for a Fortune 500 retailer in various markets throughout the country. The properties range in size from 5 to 20 acres. Bruce works with another Fortune 500 retailer in a disposition capacity nationwide, helping them lease excess warehouse space. In addition, he helped the same Fortune 500 retailer develop and pursue a national roll out strategy for a small concept store. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Bruce worked at the Martin Agency on accounts such as Saab and Alltel. Bruce was a tennis teaching professional in Los Angeles, Hilton Head and, most recently, in Richmond at the Salisbury Country Club. Prior to that, Bruce attended the University of Virginia and graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce with a major in marketing and minor in management.
