Lenny has actively been involved in commercial real estate leasing and sales since 1989. His specialty is in office leasing, in both, tenant representation
and landlord representation. He joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in December 2011. Before joining Thalhimer, he was the Director of Commercial Real Estate for Great Atlantic Management, LLC a major Hampton Roads real estate company for over 8 years. Lenny handled the leasing for up to 820,000 +/- square feet in commercial properties.
Additionally, his experience includes sales and leasing of medical office, retail, industrial buildings and land.
