Shawn has been with Thalhimer (formerly Sullivan Properties) for nearly two years and is a member of their retail brokerage group specializing in landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Shawn managed in house leasing, marketing and property management for Fredericksburg area developer Samer Shalaby of Development Consulting Services. During her time with both of these firms Shawn has developed extensive ties to not only the local business community but also national tenants, developers, and county and city officials.
