Ed Kercher

During Ed’s twenty-four year commercial real estate career, he has served numerous clients in both a strategic advisory/consulting capacity as well as commercial brokerage. Ed has significant experience in all facets of tenant advisory, development and consulting services. He began his career at Fairfax Properties developing buildings for IBM and also worked at Julien J. Studley, Inc., Newmark Knight Frank and Coppedge & Tison before joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
Ed has worked on numerous complex engagements involving multi-dimensional transaction services. He has represented many clients in the southeast region.
