Dolores (“D.D.”) Lecky originally joined Thalhimer (then Sullivan Properties) in April of 2006 as an Assistant Property Manager. She is now the Director of Property Management, and her portfolio consists of office buildings, retail centers, medical centers, and property associations, located in Fredericksburg, Stafford and Spotsylvania, Virginia.
Born and raised in Stafford Virginia, Dolores attended college at the University of Virginia. She graduated With Distinction in 2002 with a BS Degree in Anthropology. In 2004 she found her way to property management, managing and doing the accounting for eleven large properties privately owned by Town Square Associates, Main Street Associates, and Union Station Partners in Charlottesville, Virginia. Her duties included all aspects of property management and property management accounting, giving her a unique breadth of experience, and an intimate understanding of all aspects of property ownership, leasing and maintenance. Her tenants in Charlottesville were varied and diverse: a closed-air multi-tenant market, mixed-use buildings, theater space, parking lots, and unique historic office buildings.
