Bob Copty

Prior to founding Copty Commercial Real Estate in 1991, Bob was an associate broker with another regional commercial real estate firm. He is currently licensed in Virginia and North Carolina. In 2009, Copty Commercial Real Estate merged with Thalhimer, resulting in the largest commercial real estate brokerage company in Virginia. Bob has been the developer and consultant on office, warehouse, manufacturing and industrial park facilities in and around the Roanoke Valley and throughout the State. Bob has been licensed for over 36 years as a Real Estate Broker/Agent and has been active in commercial real estate sales and leasing for the past 25 years.
