Magnolia Martin moved back to her home state of Virginia in the fall of 2009 to join the Thalhimer team in Fredericksburg. Prior to joining Thalhimer Magnolia served as the Director of Retail Brokerage at Sinvin Realty, a firm in downtown Manhattan. Specializing in retail and focusing primarily on tenant and landlord representation, Magnolia combines the experience of successful transactions in the New York City market with the roots and contacts she has maintained over the years in the Fredericksburg and Culpeper area. Magnolia's steadfast dedication to her clients and her aggressive, unique marketing efforts have made her invaluable to both tenants and landlords in the retail sector.
