Todd provides strategic retail services for investors, owners and retail clients throughout the Triangle and North Carolina. Todd began his career in Raleigh in 1987 and has extensive experience in project leasing, management, strategic planning, development and financial analysis. He has supported retail clients throughout the Carolinas, having directly leased and managed more than 5 million square feet of retail portfolios including community centers, malls, lifestyle centers and super-regional malls. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Todd was Vice President of Retail Services for Grubb & Ellis|Thomas Linderman Graham and directed the real estate development strategy for Across America Real Estate Corp. in the Southeast.
