Brian will grow the Office Tenant Representation and Corporate Services efforts in the Charlotte market. Brian has deep expertise in managing multi-market transactions for Fortune 500 companies, including strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and lease administration on a national level. Brian also has a strong office brokerage background, having focused on representing local and regional occupiers of office space in their lease and purchase negotiations for well over a decade.
After graduating from Penn State University, Brian spent 11 years with CB Richard Ellis, working in both their Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC offices. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Brian was responsible for leading the Tenant Representation efforts of Charlotte-based Trinity Partners LLC. Throughout his career, Mr. Brtalik has represented corporate firms such as PepsiCo, American Honda, Nestle’/Purina, Morgan Stanley & Co., Citigroup and Fifth Third Bank, among others.
