Dan joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in July, 2012. He specializes in tenant representation focusing on the office market. Dan previously handled all facets of market research for CBRE in Charlotte which included analyzing data relating to market conditions regarding sales, vacancy, inventory base, absorption and leasing activity. Dan is a licensed real estate professional in North Carolina and South Carolina. Prior to commercial real estate, Dan spent time on Capitol Hill working for a United States Senator and provided government affairs expertise to companies in the financial sector. Dan played baseball at James Madison University and Western Carolina University
