Chip Dustin is a Senior Vice President and Thalhimer’s Treasurer. Chip is responsible for all finance and accounting operations including corporate finance, managed properties, sales and leasing activity, and bank relations.
Thalhimer processes over $100,000,000 of client receipts on an annual basis, including collections from commercial to multi-family properties. Under this operation 600+ owner statements are prepared each month for property owners including institutional and corporate clients. Additional areas of oversight include insurance, legal issues and cash management.
Chip joined Thalhimer in 1997 and initially specialized in providing financial and project management solutions for real estate clients. Chip has lead the Project Solutions Group, managed Thalhimer’s business operations and supported Thalhimer’s expansion in Virginia and North Carolina.
