Evan joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in May of 1993. He is experienced with evaluation and marketing of properties as well as lease and contract negotiations. Evan has represented many prominent Landlords during his career including Weingarten Realty, Highwoods Properties, JEMB Real Estate, Banks Brothers Corporation and General Investment and Development. In addition to his brokerage activities, Evan is responsible for the Richmond brokerage operation at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
