Brad McGetrick first joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2003 as Director of Research. After a brief detour, Brad returned to manage not only the Brokerage Services team, but also the brokerage services platform and our agent training programs. In 2011, he assumed the leadership of the Marketing Department as well.
He leads a team of five Brokerage Services and two marketing professionals. Brad has extensive experience in financial analysis using programs such as ARGUS, ProCalc, and Excel. Experience as a property manager for a REIT gives Brad a unique perspective on both landlord and tenant expectations, enabling him to create financial models based on this hands-on experience.
