Birck joined Thalhimer in 1998 with an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Among his accomplishments, he has earned a CCIM designation as a real estate investment specialist. He received the 2000 Transaction of the Year award from the Richmond Association of Realtors and the 2003 Most Significant Real Estate Project award from the Virginia CCIM chapter. Since joining Thalhimer, Birck has consistently ranked as a "Top Ten" producer for sales and leasing volume company-wide.
