Bill joined Thalhimer in 2009 as a Portfolio Manager. He manages a commercial portfolio comprised of retail, office and business condominiums. Bill is responsible for all day to day and fiscal operations, budgeting preparation and monitoring, vendor negotiations and contracts, and providing preventive and emergency services for the properties. His past work experience and education are valuable assets for his properties and their owners.
