Quirk Hotel is the first boutique art hotel to be built in Charlottesville’s Historic District

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA, April 30, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is excited to announce the acquisition of Quirk Hotel by Blue Suede Hospitality in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Blue Suede Hospitality Group, founded in 2020, is a New York-based firm specializing in hotel acquisitions and management. It has a growing portfolio of hotels across different locations. Blue Suede recently purchased the Quirk Hotel in Charlottesville and will guide the property through a full rebrand in the coming months.

Quirk Hotel Charlottesville enjoys an outstanding location on West Main Street, just steps from the Downtown Mall and the University of Virginia grounds.

Blue Suede Hospitality Group, LLC purchased the site from Quirk Charlottesville, LLC for $24,000,000.
