Ms. Pulliam has been an active advisory board member since 2001 and has been instrumental in the program’s growth and success. She has been with Thalhimer since 2019.

The Property Management Advisory Board comprises top commercial real estate minds in the Mid-Atlantic and is a key element in the success of the Property Management major program. Virginia Tech is the first in the United States to offer Property Management as a major. Board members provide curriculum input, professional development, mentoring, guest lectures, field trips, internship sites, and significant financial resources, including scholarships.
