      <description>Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman &amp;amp; Wakefield Alliance is pleased to announce 4014 Electric Road, a 6,400 square foot former Blockbuster&#45;anchored retail center is now fully leased.

	In 2009, Thalhimer was named the exclusive listing representative&amp;nbsp;by Bay Management to represent their portfolio of&amp;nbsp;freestanding Blockbuster buildings in Virginia.&amp;nbsp; The Electric Road location in the Tanglewood area of Roanoke is now fully leased.&amp;nbsp; Verizon Wireless&amp;nbsp;leased&amp;nbsp;3,950 square feet&amp;nbsp;earlier&amp;nbsp;this year and opened in June, and Batteries Plus&amp;nbsp;leased the remaining space of 2,450 square feet,&amp;nbsp;which brought the&amp;nbsp;building&amp;nbsp;to 100% occupancy.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Batteries Plus plans to be open before the end of the year.&amp;nbsp;

	John K. Nielsen &amp;amp; Connie Jordan Nielsen of Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations for the center.</description>
