Industries, Inc. will produce aftermarket automotive filters and heavy&#45;duty filters for the truck market.

	Liberty Property Trust plans to break ground soon on this new 156,000 square feet, class A, multi&#45;tenant industrial building at 110 Caliber Ridge, located at the interchange of Highway 101 and I&#45;85 directly across from the BMW Manufacturing Plant.

	Essex Bank will occupy 25,375 square feet on the entry level floor (2nd) and a 2,112 square foot portion of the lower floor (1st) as conditioned loan document storage. Essex Bank will relocate from its current headquarters at 4235 Innslake Drive, Glen Allen, Virginia in Innsbrook Corporate Center and consolidate certain functions from other locations. This consolidation represents nearly a 50% increase in size for Essex Bank from its current 14,100 square foot space. Their new headquarters will house approximately 90 employees with space for growth to accommodate 120 employees in the future. Additionally, the bank will feature a 24&#45;hour walk up ATM adjacent to the building&amp;rsquo;s main entrance.

	Deep Run III is Richmond&amp;rsquo;s largest multi&#45;tenant suburban office building and features fitness facilities, 150&#45;person conference facility for use by its tenants and a caf&amp;eacute; serving breakfast and lunch. With three other leases pending, the building&amp;rsquo;s owner anticipates Deep Run III to be 40 to 45% committed by summer 2013. In addition to a multi&#45;million dollar renovation of the facility, ownership has begun construction on a 750&#45;car parking deck which will increase the parking in the building to approximately 1,845 spaces.
