Chip Dustin

As Chief Financial Officer, Chip serves as a financial advisor to the Board of Directors developing and implanting strategic initiatives.  Chip provides leadership for Thalhimer’s accounting and technology operations.  These groups support the firm and more than 450 of the firm’s management clients.  Additionally, Chip oversees corporate banking relationships, is an administrator of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and is the risk control officer for the firm.

Chip joined Thalhimer in 2002 directing accounting function for the firm’s asset management and property management clients.  He later added oversight of the firm’s accounting and technology operations.  Prior to his current role Chip served as Vice President of Operations which included leading Project Management and guiding Thalhimer’s expansion throughout Virginia and the Carolina’s.

Prior to joining Thalhimer, Chip held accounting management positions in the transportation, communication and equipment service industries.  He earned a Master of Business Administration from the Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
