Renee Pulliam, CPM, CAPS, CAM, HCCP

Renee Pulliam joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in November 2019 focused on operational improvements and efficiencies within Thalhimer Multifamily. Ms. Pulliam has over twenty-three years of multifamily operating experience, including conventional and affordable housing. She has successfully led lease up efforts of over 4,000 new construction units throughout her career. In addition, she has been instrumental in implementing strategic projects such as innovative property marketing, resident renewal programs and revenue management software.
Ms. Pulliam has been actively involved in the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) for her entire career, most recently serving on the Board of Directors and Legislative Committee. Ms. Pulliam works closely with VAMA lobbying staff to monitor bills and regularly testifies before House and Senate committees on the legislative impacts to the multi-housing industry.
