Apartment site adjacent to International Mission Board in Richmond Sells for $5.1MM

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of a 2.2-acre parcel comprised of the office building at 1301 N. Hamilton Street and parking lot at 3700 Monument Ave. in the City of Richmond, Virginia. 

Silver Hills Development, Inc. purchased the parcels from The International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention for $5,100,000. They plan to develop 263 apartments with structured parking with frontage on Monument Ave. and Hamilton St. just two blocks from Richmond’s work-live hot spot of Scott’s Addition.
