FOREST, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, represented the seller, Moss Creek Apartments, LLC, in the marketing and sale of Moss Creek Apartments, a multifamily community located in Campbell County, Virginia along Waterlick Road in the Forest community. The property consists of fifteen quad buildings built in 1984 with a total of 60 two-bedroom, one-bath apartments.

Heights Properties, LLC acquired Moss Creek Apartments for $4,300,000 on May 3, 2022, and intends to pursue a value-add strategy through renovations.
