WINCHESTER, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented the seller in the disposition of a former Gander Mountain, 251 Commonwealth Court, along the Interstate 81 Corridor in Winchester, VA.  
The Purchaser, WinVA Building, LLC, acquired the asset on March 12, 2019 for $3,619,047 ($63 per square foot). Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler in Thalhimer’s Richmond office with the assistance of Virgil Nelson, Sharon Schmidt and Joby Saliceti of Thalhimer’s Fredericksburg leasing team.
