SALEM, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller, Apperson Drive Realty, LLC, in the marketing and sale of Xpress Car Wash in Salem, Virginia. 

The 2,058 square foot two-bay automatic car wash is located at 229 Apperson Drive and was acquired by Xpress Car Wash Salem, LLC on May 3, 2022, for $1,550,000. The new owner plans to continue operating the existing car wash business at the property. 

The sale was completed by Clay Taylor, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group out of Roanoke, Virginia.
