Spy Rock Real Estate, LLC purchased the +-71,029 square foot facility, situated on 5.82 acres, from Power Plant Properties, L.L.C. for $4,300,000 as an investment. The building is the long-time headquarters of Ingenco. Among other things, Ingenco builds and manages plants that convert landfill gas to generate renewable energy.
