DDR Selects Thalhimer to Exclusively Represent the Leasing of a Retail Portfolio Totaling Over 1,247,000 SF

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by DDR to provide exclusive leasing services for the combined portfolio of approximately 1,247,000 square feet of retail space in the Richmond Metropolitan Area.
White Oak Village is a 955,538 square foot regional retail power center located at 4521-4571 Laburnum Avenue at I-64 in Eastern Henrico County.  Anchored by major tenants such as Target, Publix, Petsmart, JCPenney, Lowe’s, OfficeMax, and Michaels, the center currently has spaces available ranging from 1,322 to 13,955 square feet.
Commonwealth Center is a 165,611 square foot regional center located at 4600-5000 Commonwealth Center Pkwy, just off Hull Street and Route 288 in Midlothian (Chesterfield County), VA. Major tenants include Stein Mart, Michaels, The Fresh Market, Old Navy, ULTA and Pier 1 Imports. Currently, there are two spaces available for lease; 1,600 square feet, as well as 5,650 square feet.
Downtown Short Pump is comprised of approximately 125,861 square feet and is located at 11600 West Broad Street (at Pouncey Tract Road), adjacent to Short Pump Town Center in Henrico County, VA. Retailers include Regal Cinemas, Barnes & Noble, Mattress Warehouse, Massage Envy, Sprint and World of Beer. There is currently 4,911 square feet available for lease.
