CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer today announced that First Watch, the fastest-growing daytime only restaurant operator in the U.S., has completed a 3,658 square foot lease in Barracks Road Shopping Center on N. Emmet Street with plans to open its first Charlottesville restaurant.
First Watch has partnered with franchise group TFW-VA, LLC to help expand the breakfast, brunch and lunch concept’s footprint in Virginia. The franchise group currently owns one First Watch location in Roanoke and plans to open a total of five First Watch restaurants in Central Virginia.
The restaurant will likely open in early 2019 and will feature a bar area and serve craft cocktails, unlike other First Watch locations on the eastern seaboard. First Watch, with more than 340 restaurants, has become known for its award-winning, made-to-order Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch.
