FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Fredericksburg Christian School campus located at 101 Shepherds Way in Stafford County, Virginia. 
Stafford County Public Schools purchased the property, consisting of a 39,000 square foot building and situated on approximately 21 acres, from Fredericksburg Christian Educational Services, Inc. for $7,200,000.
