ZION CROSSROADS, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of Freedom Drive Shops, as well as adjoining land for future development totaling approximately 3.51 acres, on Freedom Drive at Route 15 in Zion Crossroads, Virginia. 

L&D Land Trust purchased the retail center and surplus land from Freedom Drive Shops, LLC for $4,850,000 as an investment. The property includes Freedom Drive Shops, a 100% leased, 10,296 square foot shadow-anchored retail strip center that features tenants such as Dunkin Donuts and Anytime Fitness.
