Heirloom Development and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Launch Pre-Leasing Program and New Website for Six Hundred West Main

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: Heirloom Development, developer, and Cushman & Wakefield l Thalhimer, leasing agent, announced the start of a pre-leasing program and the launch of a new website (sixhundredwestmain.com) for the Six Hundred West Main project. The custom website features real-time availability and pricing, floor plans, interior and exterior renderings, and a seamless online leasing experience.

Located at 600 West Main Street in Charlottesville, Six Hundred West Main is the brainchild of developer, Jeff Levien, and designer, Ivy Naté. Rising above West Main Street as a haven for future residents to reside, the forward-thinking project is in its final phase of construction. Even in its current evolving state, the building is delivering on its promise to reimagine downtown architecture and the urban living experience with 53 rental residences. Bushman Dreyfus are the architects on the project and W.M. Jordan Company serves as the general contractor.

Six Hundred West Main is comprised of studio, one, two and three bedroom rental residences. Elevated amenities will include a resident concierge, meditative courtyard with outdoor fireplace, private art gallery with resident lounge, onsite car parking and bike storage, custom resident bikeshare, and access to 4,700 square feet of retail space anchored by the iconic Blue Moon Diner.

Each thoughtfully designed residence will boast floor to ceiling windows with unparalleled views across the Blue Ridge Mountains and Downtown Charlottesville, raw white quartz countertops, island kitchens with clean lines, custom black matte cabinetry, sleek appliances and light birch flooring.

“Designing and developing Six Hundred West Main has been like composing a song. The development team is the band, and the building the music we’ve created”, comments Jeff Levien.

“Now it is time to invite people to live here and enjoy what Ivy and I have put our soul into for the last several years.”

Hard hat tours will begin in mid-June. Lindsey Melton of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been assigned as Portfolio Manager and will oversee the property’s operations. Heather Flynn-May, Property Manager, will handle pre-leasing efforts and day-to-day operations.
