Gracestone Investments, LLC purchased the 81,318 SF building from G.S.I. Inc. for $11,050,000 ($135.88 SF). The Property is 100% leased to Canon U.S.A., Inc. The buyer is a local investment group that recognized the strong credit tenant, the stability of the Greenbrier submarket, and the market demand for well-positioned office/flex product.
