PETERSBURG, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of an approximately 0.82 acres of land situated within Commonwealth Medical Park at 30 Medical Park Blvd. in Petersburg, Virginia.
     Roma Plaza LLC purchased the land from Commonwealth Medical Park I, LLC for $350,000 and has plans to build a Roma Ristorante Italiano restaurant.
