Thalhimer Realty Partners, Inc. (TRP), the investment and development subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer (“Thalhimer”), is pleased to announce that Jason Guillot has joined as Principal. Mr. Guillot has more than ten years of experience in brokerage and development. While working as a broker professional with Thalhimer, Jason worked closely with property owners to create and execute leasing strategies for an array of office and medical properties. During this time with Thalhimer Jason has been responsible for acquiring and managing the redevelopment of several projects including three medical office buildings and the high-profile Westhampton On Grove mixed-use project. Jason will focus on the growth of TRP’s office, medical, and mixed-use portfolio and will assist with asset management of TRP’s existing holdings. His office development and acquisition experience will be a huge asset in his new role.
