Project & Development Services Project Activity

2024 is off to a robust start for Project & Development Services (PDS) with numerous commercial office interior projects underway, such as AES Clean Energy, a global power company; Schnabel Engineering, a national infrastructure consultant; and World Pediatric Project, a national healthcare organization.

Meanwhile, Genworth moved into its new national headquarters, and the first phase of a confidential client’s national headquarters at Tyson’s Corner was substantially completed.

In the industrial sector, we are managing a pre-engineered metal building project for Modine, a national data center HVAC equipment manufacturer, and a warehouse fit-out for a multi-state specialty hardware company.

PDS also earned repeat business with SimpliSafe, where we are expanding an operations center for the nationwide home security systems company.
